| Diode Detectors Flat Frequency Response Broadband Positive or Negative Polarity |

MDI's lineup of Diode Detector designs feature zero-bias Schottky detectors that cover frequency ranges as low as 10 MHz, and as high as 40 GHz, while maintaining an extremely flat frequency response. Standard input connectors are 3.5mm male, and all models are available with a variety of output connectors. We can also provide 2.92mm or 2.4mm male input connectors. Consult the factory with your specific requirements. Many of our models feature field replaceable diodes so that an entire unit need not be scrapped and replaced when a diode has been damaged in service. Consult the factory for details on our Drop-In line of zero-bias Schottky Detectors. RoHS compliant versions of all models are available. Please specify when ordering. |
